A-Square cartridge cases are made on advanced state-of-the-art machinery using the one and only suitable process, the Deep Draw Process patented by Hiram Berdan. This process gives the cartridge the strength and gradient of anneal (it gets softer towards the mouth) it needs, unlike lathe turned cartridge cases which are unsafe with smokeless powder.

A-Square utilizes its own internal design team backed up with an internal tool and die section and monitored by the metallurgical laboratory, quality control, and the ballistics laboratory; all of which are internal to A-Square's organization. A-Square cases are ready to load, no trimming, rim-squaring or other operations are necessary.

A-Square employs the most rigorous metal parts integrity testing in accordance with both MilSpec and NATO-STANAG. This gives the shooter proper head hardness and primer pocket size. With proper handloading procedures (such as neck anneal, see Any Shot You Want) shooters have reported up to 51 shots with a single cartridge case.

A-Square cartridge cases are made in a wide variety of calibers to support most sporting rifle applications.
